Minneapolis Real Estate Search

Lake Nokomis and Lake Hiawatha lie farther to the east. Minneapolis has a large park system formed by ten square miles of land and water that is interlinked in many places. The Grand Rounds Scenic Byway circles through the city and brings together many of the bigger park areas. It is the first natural scenic byway totally located in a major urban area
Minneapolis has a long history of prominence as a center for the arts, with the Walker Art Center (opened in 1927) leading the nation in appreciation of pop and postmodern art. The Guthrie Theater (opened in 1963) showcases local and international performance arts productions.
